Engineering plastics are extremely useful and economical materials that can withstand the extreme conditions of highly complex processes. It is used as a substitute for natural materials in many industrial applications. It is characterised by its low weight, good insulation and slip resistance, resistance to abrasion and corrosion, recyclability, flexibility and ease of processing. We offer plastic plates and rods in polyethylene (koterm), polypropylene, Teflon (PTFE), polyamide and other materials. In addition to plastic semi-finished products in standard sizes and shapes, we also offer cutting and processing of technical plastics. Other forms of semi-finished products such as polyethylene tubes, PP tubes, PTFE tubes, POM and polyamide tubes and plastic films can also be supplied on request.

Technical plastics have better mechanical, thermal and chemical properties than consumer plastics. It can be moulded into complex shapes by injection moulding and machining, and its properties can be further enhanced by additives such as graphite, glass fibres and oil. We offer plastic plates and plastic rods from Mitsubishi (MCAM), Centroplast, Profilan and others, which are used to manufacture finished products such as bearing bushings, sliding linings, chain guides, Teflon seals, plastic gears, sprockets, various plastic housings, etc.

Standard plastics - the most commonly used standard plastics are PE plastic (koterm) and PP plastic. Polyethylene (PE) rods and sheets are soft and flexible, easy to handle and versatile. They are mainly used in the engineering and food industries. Polypropylene plastic (PP) is also easy to handle and versatile, but has a higher temperature resistance and higher rigidity.

Engineering plastics - among the more developed engineering plastics, POM is the most widely used, as it has a high degree of stability and stiffness, making it very suitable for the manufacture of precision plastic parts. PET plastics are ideal for complex components with the highest dimensional stability and surface area requirements due to their good sliding properties and excellent dimensional stability. We also offer polyamide (PA) rods and plates.

High performance plastics - from high performance engineering plastics we offer PEEK, PTFE, and PVDF plastic rods and plates. PEEK plastics have excellent sliding and mechanical properties, excellent resistance to chemicals and a high constant operating temperature. PTFE - Teflon sheets and rods have excellent sliding and insulating properties, an anti-adhesive surface, almost universal chemical resistance and an extremely wide operating temperature range. Our range also includes PVDF plastic blanks, which are suitable for use in medical technology.
